Having four years successfully manpower exporting we deeply realised what our clients need, what kind of service, facilities and worker they expect from us. Due to huge demand of technical workers for overseas and huge unemployment in the countrywide company decided to run a training centre so that we can make skill worker in less cost. Dahmashi Training Centre started it journey since 2001 to implement our chairman dream. At the beginning company started its operation to fulfil couple of major demand (Welder, Meson, and Carpenter) for our overseas clients at Uttra in Dhaka. But the immediate success of Dahmashi Training Centre becomes one of the leading Training Company in Bangladesh.

Dahmashi Training Centre was established in cooperation with Dahmashi Corporation Ltd and Noman Associates as an authorized Training Center. In 2006, the company began its operation widely and company’s owner to consider increasing its production facilities. The following year company shifted their activities from Uttar to Banani to provide better facilities, convenience, and communication for our domestic clients. The company continues to grow year on year and is now one of the leading providers of training in the construction sector in the whole of the country.

 
Dahmashi Training Centre is experts in the field of providing construction and mechanical training services for industries such as civil construction, welding workshop. We have an enviable customer base across a wide range of industry sectors. We have specialized team for training our classroom instructors have years of experience. Today we are constantly delivering skill worker training and testing on the highest technical and quality level, which companies need to rise to the top and stay there.
 

DTC’s always employs the best and most experienced instructors in the field. DTC believes that in order to give the students the best information and instruction you must have years of practical knowledge. We make sure that our trainers have the best technical background to be able to transfer knowledge to their students. In addition, our Instructors are constantly keeping up with the latest changing technology.

To begin with, a candidate may have difficult adapting to the new environment and different culture each company represents. Therefore, after finish their training we do one week frees CULTURL CLASS. At present Dahmashi Training Centre not only a training centre but also a Testing centre. Many other recruiting companies in Bangladesh haven’t got own facility and equipment to test the appropriate worker for their clients. We provide all kind of facilities and experience staff to deal with the delegate on behalf of recruiting agency in Bangladesh. The company is now it’s one of sister concern of Dahmashi Group.
